No image may be reproduced, redistributed, hotlinked, or used for machine-learning / text-and-data-mining purposes without prior written permission. Rights are asserted in-file (XMP xmpRights:Marked), via the TDM Reservation Protocol (/.well-known/tdmrep.json) and via X-Robots-Tag: noai, noimageai response headers.

Privacy

Without your consent, this site only counts page views: which page, the day, the country and the kind of device. Nothing identifies you. Your browser keeps only two preferences, which need no consent: the language you chose and your answer to the privacy question.

If you accept, your visit is also recorded, for the studio's own use: your IP address (kept in full for 7 days, then only its network) and approximate location, a browser fingerprint (a hash of your screen, time zone, languages and graphics card), an identifier kept in your browser, the pages you view and for how long, and what you open or click. Text you type is never recorded. Nothing is sold or shared, and everything is deleted after 90 days; backups contain none of it.

Some links to this site — one the studio posts (an Instagram bio) or sends to someone (an invitation), or one shared with the site's Share button — carry a short code (via=…). Opening such a link counts an arrival for it and notes when it was first and last opened; a click on the studio's e-mail or phone afterwards counts a contact for it. Nothing else about you is kept unless you accept. An invitation that opens private work also keeps its code in a cookie on your browser, so the work stays open to you: it is needed for what you asked, and does nothing else.

A message or a contact left through the site's forms (your name, e-mail or phone, what you wrote, and the page and link it came from) is kept by the studio to answer you, or — only if you ticked your agreement — to contact you about its work, until it is deleted. Ask the studio at any time to delete it.

You can change your choice at any time: . Refusing after accepting deletes what was recorded about you.

Privacy

May the studio remember your visit? It shows which photographs and projects people enjoy, and what needs fixing. It stays with the studio — no advertising, never sold — and is deleted after 90 days. The site works the same either way.

What is saved

Either way, page views are counted anonymously: nothing identifies you, and your browser keeps only this choice (asked again in 6 months).

If you accept, the studio also records:

  • a random visitor id kept in your browser, and a browser fingerprint (screen, languages, time zone, graphics card…) that recognises your next visits;
  • your IP address, kept in full for 7 days, then only its network and the approximate place (country, city);
  • what you do here: pages opened and time spent on them, clicks, filters, photographs opened, loading speed and errors;
  • the ad or link that brought you here, if any, kept 30 days in your browser and sent with a message you write;
  • the same visit, measured with PostHog on its servers in the EU, through this site.

Everything is deleted after 90 days. You can change your mind at any time from Privacy settings, at the bottom of every page: refusing deletes what the studio recorded. Full privacy notice
